This policy applies to visitors to racinganalytics.co.uk, prospective customers, trial users, members, former members and people who contact us or receive authorised communications from us.
Membership is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly offer membership to children.

- member-dashboard and report-access activity.

You may provide additional information when contacting us. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through ordinary contact forms, email or WhatsApp.
4. How we obtain information
We obtain information:
- directly from you during registration, checkout or contact;
- automatically when you use the website or member area;
- from Stripe and other payment providers;
- from WordPress, Paid Memberships Pro and connected service providers;
- from email, WhatsApp and customer-support platforms; and
- from fraud-prevention, security or identity-verification services where necessary.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.
6. Service notifications and marketing
We may send necessary messages about registration, payments, security, report availability, membership changes, service interruption or cancellation. These operational messages are part of administering the service and cannot always be opted out of while an account remains active.
Optional promotional messages are treated separately. You can opt out through the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting INFO@RACINGANALYTICS.CO.UK.
A mobile number supplied for WhatsApp report notifications will not automatically be used for unrelated marketing unless there is an appropriate lawful basis and the necessary choice has been provided.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies for login, account security, checkout, membership access and consent preferences. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies should be used only in accordance with your consent choices where consent is required.

8. Who we share information with
We may share relevant information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the business, including:
- Stripe and other payment-service providers;
- website hosting, security and backup providers;
- WordPress and Paid Memberships Pro service providers;
- email-delivery and customer-support providers;
- WhatsApp or Meta where that communication channel is used;
- analytics and cookie-consent providers;
- accountants, professional advisers and insurers;
- banks, auditors and fraud-prevention providers; and
- regulators, law enforcement or courts where legally required.
Insert or maintain an internal record naming the actual suppliers, the information shared with each and the relevant contract or data protection terms.
We do not sell personal information.
9. International transfers
Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use an applicable legal mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard.

10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong, unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

Racing Analytics does not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on members.
Security and payment providers may use automated tools to detect suspected fraud. Contact us if you believe an automated process has materially affected your account.
