MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Terms of Membership

These terms explain the Racing Analytics membership service, the seven-day free trial, monthly payments, cancellation and the responsibilities of members.

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Seven-day trial £0 at registration. Payment details are required.
Monthly membership £19 Standard or £49 Premium after the trial.
Cancel online Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first payment.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Membership form a legal agreement between you and RACING ANALYTICS, trading as Racing Analytics (“Racing Analytics”, “we”, “us” or “our”), for access to the Racing Analytics membership service.

You can contact us at INFO@RACINGANALYTICS.CO.UK or through our Contact page.

Please read these terms before starting a trial or purchasing a membership. By completing checkout and accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

Membership is intended only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you are acting as a consumer for your own personal use; and
  • you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

We may request reasonable evidence of age, identity or account ownership where necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

3. Nature of the service

Racing Analytics is a subscription-based horse-racing information service. Depending on your membership level, the service may include RA Ratings™, daily reports, runner-profile analysis, market context, report archives, performance-review material, member resources and report notifications.

Reports are supplied for general information and analytical purposes. They are not personalised betting advice, financial advice, a bookmaker service or an instruction to place, lay or avoid a bet.

No outcome is guaranteed. Horse racing is uncertain. Ratings, commentary, market observations and historical information do not guarantee a win, place, profit or any other result.

4. Membership levels

Membership Price after trial Principal coverage
Standard £19 per month A concise daily briefing, selected profiles, supporting analysis, WhatsApp report notifications, a 30-day report archive and the member dashboard.
Premium £49 per month Everything in Standard plus expanded ratings coverage, detailed factor analysis, market updates, performance tracking, the complete archive, weekly reviews and priority support.

The complete current inclusions are shown on the Membership page. Sample reports illustrate the intended format but do not form a promise that every report will contain identical runners, sections or quantities of information.

5. Seven-day free trial

  1. Eligible new members receive a seven-day free trial of the selected membership.
  2. You must provide valid payment details when registering, but the amount due at registration is £0.
  3. Access begins after registration and successful account setup.
  4. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly payment is collected automatically at the end of the trial.
  5. Standard converts to £19 per month and Premium converts to £49 per month.

We may restrict trials to one per person, household, payment method or business where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.

6. Payments and renewal

Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. By starting a trial, you authorise our payment provider to collect the applicable monthly amount after the trial and on each monthly renewal date.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. We do not normally receive or store your full payment-card number.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may retry it, ask you to update the payment method or temporarily restrict membership access.

Prices shown to UK consumers include any applicable VAT unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

7. Forming the contract

Before completing checkout, you will be shown the selected membership, trial period, recurring price and essential service information. Your order is an offer to purchase membership.

The contract is formed when we confirm your registration and provide membership access. We will make these terms available in a format that you can save or print.

8. Access and account security

Membership is personal to you. You must:

  • keep your login details confidential;
  • use a strong and unique password;
  • notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access;
  • not share, sell or transfer your account; and
  • not allow another person to routinely use your membership.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable security.

9. Report publication and availability

We aim to publish scheduled reports before racing begins, but publication times may vary because of race information, non-runners, market availability, technical issues, events outside our reasonable control or days on which an appropriate report is not available.

WhatsApp, email or other notifications are a convenience. Delivery can be delayed or prevented by third-party networks, device settings or incorrect contact details. Your member dashboard remains the principal location for checking available reports.

We may correct, update or withdraw information where a material error, late change or data issue is identified.

10. Cancelling your membership

10.1 Cancelling during the free trial

You may cancel through your membership account at any time before the seven-day trial ends. If cancellation is completed before the trial expires, the first monthly payment will not be collected.

10.2 Cancelling after the trial

You may cancel at any time through your membership account or by making a clear cancellation request through our Contact page or INFO@RACINGANALYTICS.CO.UK. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum paid term.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We will confirm cancellation in writing or through your account.

10.3 Statutory cancellation rights

Consumers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights, including rights applying during an initial cancellation period. Your access begins during that period at your request when you start the trial.

To exercise a statutory right, send a clear statement to INFO@RACINGANALYTICS.CO.UK containing your name, account email and decision to cancel. We will provide any refund required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Refunds

Payments already made are generally non-refundable where membership access remains available for the paid period. This does not affect:

  • any refund required by consumer law;
  • a refund for an incorrect or unauthorised charge;
  • rights relating to a service that is not supplied with reasonable care and skill;
  • rights relating to digital content that does not conform to the contract; or
  • any discretionary refund that we agree in writing.

Contact us promptly if you believe a payment is incorrect.

12. Changing membership or price

If you change membership level, the new price and effective date will be shown before you confirm the change.

We may change future membership prices. We will give reasonable advance notice of a price increase affecting an existing member. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. We will not change the price of a period already paid for.

13. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, republish, resell or commercially exploit reports;
  • share member-only content outside your personal account;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract service data;
  • attempt to bypass access controls or security measures;
  • use automated tools to access the service without written permission;
  • upload malware or interfere with the website;
  • misrepresent Racing Analytics information as your own; or
  • use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.

14. Intellectual property

The website, RA Ratings™, reports, analysis, tables, graphics, methodology descriptions, branding and member resources are owned by or licensed to Racing Analytics and are protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access membership content for your own non-commercial use while your membership is active.

15. Racing information and member decisions

Data may be incomplete, delayed, revised or affected by late developments. A strong rating does not mean that a runner will win, and an identified value profile does not guarantee that a price or outcome will be favourable.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, including whether to gamble and how much to spend. You should independently verify race details, non-runners, prices and betting terms.

16. Responsible gambling

Gambling should be treated as entertainment and never as a way to solve financial difficulties. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, set time and spending limits, avoid chasing losses and take regular breaks.

If gambling is causing concern, stop using gambling services and seek appropriate independent support. Racing Analytics may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect a member or comply with law.

17. Service changes, suspension and termination

We may make reasonable changes to improve security, comply with law, respond to data availability or develop the service. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, misuse content, threaten security or use the service unlawfully. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

If we permanently discontinue a paid service without providing the remaining paid access, we will provide any proportionate refund required by law.

18. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for:

  • betting losses or decisions made using the information;
  • changes to races, markets, prices or third-party information;
  • loss caused by unauthorised account sharing;
  • third-party platforms outside our reasonable control; or
  • loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

The service is supplied for personal consumer use. We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, revenue, opportunity or goodwill arising from unauthorised commercial use.

19. Privacy and communications

We process personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. Our Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies.

Service messages about your account, payments, reports, security or material changes are not marketing messages and may be necessary to perform the membership contract.

Optional marketing will be sent only where we have an appropriate lawful basis. You can opt out of marketing without losing essential service communications.

20. Complaints

Please send complaints to INFO@RACINGANALYTICS.CO.UK with your name, account email and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 1 working days and provide a substantive response within 7 working days.

Nothing in this section prevents you from using any consumer dispute process or court remedy available by law.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, regulatory, security or service reasons. If a change materially affects an existing membership, we will provide reasonable advance notice. The latest version will appear on this page with its effective date.

22. General legal terms

If one provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your membership without our written agreement. We may transfer our rights and obligations only where this does not reduce your consumer protections.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law of your home nation and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
